  4.   College Basketball Tourney is a software program this is designed to help
  5.   the office pool keeper automate the record keeping that is involved with a
  6.   college basketball tournament.  It is a shareware program, which means it
  7.   is NOT freeware, nor public domain.  This unregistered version is fully
  8.   functional, but can only handle up to five players in the tournament pool.
  9.   The registered version can handle an unlimited amount of players.

  11.   To run College Basketball Tourney, the following minimum software
  12.   requirements are required ...
  13.             *  IBM PC/XT/AT or 100% IBM compatible computer
  14.             *  Floppy/Hard Disk drive
  15.             *  PC / MS DOS version 2.0 or later
  16.             *  VGA monitor and card
  17.             *  Microsoft mouse or 100% compatible ( NOT NEEDED BUT USEFUL )

  19.   To install College Basketball Tourney, copy all unzipped files onto a working
  20.   diskette, or if you have a hard drive, create a new directory and copy the
  21.   files to that directory (working directory). To execute College Basketball
  22.   Tourney, change to the working directory containing CBT.EXE, enter CBT and
  23.   press <enter>.
