HERITAGE OF ZURK III: "The Moonbeam" In this yet-to-be completed conclusion to the HOZ series, the adventurer, now promoted to Guildmaster, finds himself awake in his home, with Maithe still sleeping. END He wonders....should he show her his world? Or will her pure simplicity be corrupted by it? He decides to show her part of it. After a humorous explanation to his mother, the Guildmaster and Maithe once again END find themselves back in her father's land, King Eldor. Herein they resolve to find their way to the Mythical Moonshadow Garden, of which he once saw a brief image in an earlier quest, where he found a rose to calm Maithe's troubled heart... END Only in this garden is it said can be found the legendary power of the moonbeam, the source of continuity between worlds, therein to build an eternal bridge binding their two worlds. END But as they arrive in the center of the garden and behold the moonbeam, the Guildmaster sees one final gateway. One final doorway. END Maithe looks at him and nods. The guildmaster walks through.... END In the grand ultimate finale of all twelve stories, the Guildmaster has all his questions answered at last. His destiny is complete. FINISH
