  30.     1.  Create a directory named CHAPTER2 and make it current.
  31.     2.  Copy the self extracting file CHAPTER2.EXE into the directory    
  32.     3.  Run CHAPTER2.EXE 
  33.     4.  Delete the self extracting file CHAPTER2.EXE (optional step)
  34.     5.  Read the file README.TXT for instructions on how to play.    
  35.     6.  Print REGISTER.TXT, fill it in and send it along with a check.
  36.     7.  To start the game, type "CH2" from the CHAPTER2     directory.
