  16. BBS and diskette (but not CD-ROM) mail order distributors are granted
  17. automatic permission to distribute the shareware version of Avenger: The robots of Sigma 7.
  18. Most other classes of distributor, especially those involved with CD-ROM
  19. and retail distribution of shareware MUST obtain written permission first.

  21. Avenger: the Robots of Sigma 7 is protected by U.S. Copyright laws and international
  22. treaty.  Distribution of Avenger: the Robots of Sigma 7 (both shareware and
  23. registered versions) is strictly controlled and any breaches of copyright will
  24. be strongly enforced.

  28. DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  31. As the copyright holder for this software Robert E. Cureton authorizes
  32. distribution of the shareware version of this product only in accordance with
  33. all of the following restrictions:

  35. 1.  DOCUMENTATION.  This software package and all related program files
  36.     and documentation files, including LICENSE.TXT and ORDER.TXT
  37.     may NOT be modified in any way and must be distributed as a complete
  38.     package.  Vendors may add their own batch/documentation/program files for
  39.     the purpose of user installation.

  41. 2.  PRICE.  No price or other compensation may be charged for this software
  42.     package.  A distribution fee may be charged for the cost of the packaging,
  43.     shipping and handling as long as the total does not exceed US$4.00 in the

  92.     evaluate Avenger: the Robots of Sigma 7 Shareware, which is the shareware version
  93.     of this program, for a period of 30 days.  After this period you are
  94.     required to either cease using the program or purchase the program.

  97. 2.  Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  98.     disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program
