  11. I have a Vic-20 (actually, it's a Vic-1001) with the following
  12. symptom: When I turn it on, I get a nice white screen with a blue
  13. border but nothing else.  No text. Nothing I type seems to have
  14. any effect and the tape drive seems to not be getting any power.

  16. Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?
