  2. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4.  - All copyrights to Amazing Tetris are exclusively owned to Madivar
  5.    Games.
  6.  
  7.  - Anyone may use this software during a trial period of 30 days
  8.    only. If you want to use Amazing Tetris after the trial period,
  9.    you MUST register.
  10.  
  11.  - A registered user is granted a non-exclusive license to use Amazing
  12.    Tetris on one computer at a time, for any legal purpose. The
  13.    registered Amazing Tetris software may not be rented nor leased,
  14.    but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it
  15.    agrees to the terms of this license.

  17.  - An unregistered, evaluation version of Amazing Tetris may be freely
  18.    distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No
  19.    person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of the
  20.    Amazing Tetris without permission from the copyright holder.

  22.  - To register, you must follow the instructions, pointed at our
  23.    web-site.

  25.  - Amazing Tetris IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND
  26.    IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE
  27.    AUTHOR WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF
  28.    PROFITS NOR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS AS A RESULT OF OR WHILE
  29.    USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  31.  - You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  32.    decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, nor transfer
  33.    the licensed program, nor any subset of the licensed program,
  34.    except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use
  35.    shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license
  36.    and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  38.  - All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to Madivar
  39.    Games.

  41.  - Installing and using Amazing Tetris signifies acceptance of these
  42.    terms and conditions of the license.

  44.  - If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  45.    Amazing Tetris files from your storage devices and cease to use the
  46.    product.
