  1. READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING

  3. NewSoft Software License Agreement
  4.  
  5. This document is a legal agreement between you and NewSoft 
  6. Technology Corporation.(Newsoft)  Please read this Agreement
  7. carefully. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the 
  8. Software Program, you agree to be bound by the terms of this
  9. license agreement. 
  10.  
  11. 1.Copyright
  12.   The Software Program (the "Program") is owned by NewSoft,
  13.   and is protected by the Republic of China and international
  14.   copyright laws and international treaty.
  15.  
  16. 2.License
  17. A.Under this license, you may:
  18.   (1) use the Program on only one machine at one time, unless 
  19.       this Agreement specifies otherwise; 
  20.   (2) copy the Program for backup or in order to modify it.
  21.  
  22. B.You may not:
  23.   (1) use, copy, modify, merge, or transfer copies of the
  24.       Program except as provided in this license; 
  25.   (2) reverse assemble or reverse compile the Program; or 
  26.   (3) sublicense, rent, lease, or assign the Program.
  27.  
  28. 3.Limited Warranty
  29. A.NewSoft warrant that the original CD or disks are free from
  30.   defects in material and workmanship, assuming normal use, 
  31.   for a period of three(3) months from the date of original
  32.   purchase.
  33.  
  34. B.Except for the express limited warranty set forth above,
  35.   NewSoft grants no other warranties, express or implied, 
  36.   regarding the CD, disks and related materials, their fitness
  37.   for a particular purpose, their quality or their merchantability.
  38.   No oral or written information or advice given by NewSoft, its 
  39.   resellers, agents, or employees shall create a warranty.
  40.  
  41. 4.Limitation of Remedities
  42. A.NewSoftÆs entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall
  43.   be, at NewSoftÆs option, either 
  44.   (1) return of the price paid or
  45.   (2) repair or replacement of the Program that does not meet 
  46.       NewSoftÆs limited warranty and that is returned to NewSoft
  47.       or its authorized representative with a copy of your receipt.
  48. B.NewSoft shall not be liable for any lost profits, lost 
  49.   savings, or any incidental damages or other consequential 
  50.   economic damages arising out of your use or inability to use
  51.   such Program, even if NewSoft, or its authorized representative,
  52.   has been advised of the possibility of such damages. NewSoft 
  53.   shall not be liable for any damages claimed by you based on 
  54.   any third party claim.
  55.  
  56. 5.General
  57. A.NewSoft may terminate your license if you fail to comply with
  58.   the terms and conditions of this Agreement. In either event,
  59.   you must destroy all your copies of the Program.
  60. B.This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of China.
  61.   If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or 
  62.   for any reason unforceable, then that provision shall be deemed
  63.   severed from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity or
  64.   enforceability of the remaining provisions of the Agreement.

  84. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MICROSOFT COMCTL32.DLL 
  85. IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: 
  86. This Microsoft End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal 
  87. agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) 
  88. and Microsoft Corporation for the Microsoft software product 
  89. identified above, which includes computer software and may include
  90. associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic 
  91. documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or 
  92. otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the 
  93. terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, 
  94. you are not authorized to install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  97. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  98. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international 
  99. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws 
  100. and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. 
  101.  
  102. 1.GRANT OF LICENSE.
  103.   This EULA grants you the following rights: 
  104.   . Installation and Use. You may install and use an unlimited number
  105.     of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT provided that you may only 
  106.     install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT from the self-extracting archive 
  107.     file included with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and provided that you 
  108.     not separate the contents of such file. 
  109.   . Reproduction and Distribution. You may reproduce and distribute 
  110.     an unlimited number of copies of the original self extracting 
  111.     archive SOFTWARE PRODUCT; provided that each copy shall be a 
  112.     true and complete copy, including all copyright and trademark 
  113.     notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this EULA. Copies 
  114.     of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may only be distributed as included with 
  115.     your own product.

  117. 2.DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. 
  118.   . Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. 
  119.     You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE 
  120.     PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is 
  121.     expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation. 
  122.   . Software Transfer. You may permanently transfer all of your rights 
  123.     under this EULA, provided the recipient agrees to the terms of this EULA. 
  124.   . Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Microsoft may 
  125.     terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions 
  126.     of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the 
  127.     SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.
  128.  
  129. 3.COPYRIGHT.
  130.   All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including 
  131.   but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, 
  132.   music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), 
  133.   the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE 
  134.   PRODUCT are owned by Microsoft or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT 
  135.   is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions.     
  136.   Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted 
  137.   material except that you may install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single 
  138.   computer provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival 
  139.   purposes. 
  140.  
  141. 4.U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS.
  142.   The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED 
  143.   RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject 
  144.   to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights 
  145.   in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or 
  146.   subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-Restricted 
  147.   Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. Manufacturer is Microsoft 
  148.   Corporation/One Microsoft Way/Redmond, WA 98052-6399. 
  149.  
  150. MISCELLANEOUS
  151. If you acquired this product in the United States, this EULA is governed 
  152. by the laws of the State of Washington. If you acquired this product in Canada, 
  153. this EULA is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Each of 
  154. the parties hereto irrevocably attorns to the jurisdiction of the courts of 
  155. the Province of Ontario and further agrees to commence any litigation which 
  156. may arise hereunder in the courts located in the Judicial District of York, 
  157. Province of Ontario. If this product was acquired outside the United States, 
  158. then locallaw may apply. Should you have any questions concerning this EULA, 
  159. or if you desire to contact Microsoft for any reason, please contact the 
  160. Microsoft subsidiary serving your country, or write: Microsoft Sales Information

  163. LIMITED WARRANTY
  164. NO WARRANTIES. 
  165. Microsoft expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The 
  166. SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided "as is" without 
  167. warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation,
  168. the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, 
  169. or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the 
  170. SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
  171. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES. 
  172. In no event shall Microsoft or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever 
  173. (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business 
  174. interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising 
  175. out of the use of or inability to use this Microsoft product, even if Microsoft 
  176. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions 
  177. do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental 
  178. damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
