  72. Jot+ is the ideal Windows utility for storing any kind of textual
  73. information, from lists and notes to entire books. It was originally
  74. designed to replace the obsolete MS Cardfile applet, but has evolved
  75. considerably since then.

  78. its capabilities. For the full story, please refer to the on-line help

  81. Jot+ is shareware, with a registration fee of GBP 12.50/US$ 20.00. You
  82. may evaluate Jot+ free of charge for up to thirty (30) days. Any fee you

  104. INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE

  106. Installing this software is a very straightforward operation. Just
  107. execute the program "SETUP.EXE" and you will be taken through the
  108. installation process step-by-step. You will be able to choose where this
  109. software is installed and given an option to preserve any replaced files.
  110. You can abort the installation at any time. No system files will be
  111. modified or replaced by this software installation.

  114. REMOVING THE SOFTWARE

  116. To remove this software from your computer, bring up the Control Panel,
  117. and select the 'Add/Remove Programs' item. This will display a list of
  118. installed software packages. Select the entry for this package and press
  119. the 'Add/Remove' button. The uninstaller will prompt you if required.

  163.   install or run the SOFTWARE on your other computers over an internal

  165.   separate computer on which the SOFTWARE is installed or run from the
  166.   storage device. A license for the SOFTWARE may not be shared or used
  167.   concurrently on different computers.

  208. incorporated by reference. Any distribution satisfying all the

  253. agreement shall be brought only in a court of competent jurisdiction
  254. located in the Borough of Southwark, London, England. The parties hereby
  255. consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts. The United Nations
  256. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is
  257. specifically disclaimed.

  259. INSPECTION AND TESTING. You agree and acknowledge that you will
  260. thoroughly inspect and test the SOFTWARE for all of your purposes upon
  261. commencement of your use. Any suit or other legal action, claim or any
  262. arbitration relating in any way to this agreement or software covered by
  263. it must be officially filed or officially commenced no later than ninety
  264. (90) days after your first use of the software.

  266. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This is the entire agreement between you and King
  267. Stairs Software which supersedes any prior agreement or understanding,
  268. whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this license.
