  4. By using this copy of ConnectPal, you ( the licensee ) 
  5. hereby agrees to the terms and conditions as stated in the below 
  6. mentioned end-user evaluation licensing agreement.

  8. This software is licensed to you for the sole purpose of evaluation. 
  9. You shall adhere to the legal 21 days use limit for the purpose of 
  10. evaluation. You may not derive or implement any other illegal cheat 
  11. codes, algorithms, methods and any or other direct or indirect ways 
  12. which would allow you to use ConnectPal in the registered mode or to 
  13. extend the 21 days legal use period without registration with proof 
  14. of payment.

  16. You are not obtaining title to the software or any 
  17. copyrights. 
  18.  
  19. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, modify, translate, resell, 
  20. convert to another programming language, lend, decompile, reverse 
  21. engineer, reengineer or disassemble the software for any purpose. 
  22. This software is protected by under the Universal Copyright Law for 
  23. Intellectual Property, with the date of software inception as of 
  24. January 1998.

  26. Any infringement in any or other ways may incur legal 
  27. proceedings to be brought on the licensee.
