  94. The installation procedure for Family Photo Album is quite simple.  The
  95. package includes a program which automates the entire process.  You will
  96. need about 2.5Mb of available disk space on the hard drive on which you
  97. plan to install the program.

  99. The exact steps you need to take will depend on how you received the
  100. package.

  102. INSTALLING FROM DISKETTES
  103.  
  104. To install from diskette(s), you need to perform the following steps.
  105.  
  106.    o  Place the distribution diskette in the appropriate diskette drive.
  107.  
  108.    o  Execute the "INSTALL" program contained on the distribution
  109.    diskette by: Selecting the "File" Menu from Program Manager. Then
  110.    select the "Run" option and enter the command "a:install" (if the
  111.    diskette is in Drive A:).
  112.  
  113.    o  Follow the instructions presented by the installation program.

  115. INSTALLING FROM A HARD DRIVE
  116.  
  117. If you downloaded the program from a BBS (or received it in the form of
  118. an archive file from some other source), you will need to perform the
  119. following steps.

  121.    o Create a sub-directory on your hard drive where you wish the program
  122.    to reside (such as C:\FPA). Extract the contents of the archive
  123.    file to this sub-directory.

  125.    o Start Windows and execute the install program by: Selecting the
  126.    "File" Menu from Program Manager. Then select the "Run" option and
  127.    enter the command "a:\fpa\install" (if you used a subdirectory
  128.    named wdiary).
