  16. provisions.   Except to the extent expressly licensed 
  17. herein, all rights are reserved to Microsoft and its 
  18. suppliers.  You may not reverse engineer, decompile, 
  19. or disassemble the Trial Version.

  21. Limited Warranty and Limitation of remedies:
  22. NO WARRANTIES.  To the maximum extent permitted by 
  23. applicable law, Microsoft expressly disclaims any 
  24. warranty for the Hellbender Trial Version.   The Trial 
  25. Version and any related documentation is provided 
  26. "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express 
  27. or implied, including, without limitation, the implied 
  28. warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular 
  29. purpose.  The entire risk arising out of use or performance 
  30. of the Trial Version remains with you.   Microsoft's 
  31. entire liability and your exclusive remedy, at Microsoft's 
  32. option,  shall be the cost of the Trial Version or its 
  33. replacement with another copy of the Trial Version.   
  34. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in 
  35. no event shall Microsoft or its suppliers be liable for 
  36. any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, 
  37. damages for loss of business profit, business interruption, 
  38. loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) 
  39. arising out of the use or inability to use this Microsoft 
  40. product, even if Microsoft has been advised of the possibility 
  41. of such damages.  Because some states/jurisdictions do not 
  42. allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential 
  43. or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
