  75. brief description of the package and its features, along with
  76. instructions for its installation.  Quite detailed documentation is
  77. included in the package, but it is in archived form, and is more easily
  78. read after installation.

  81. need to determine it's suitability, without charge. However, you may not
  82. distribute the executables it creates without purchasing a license. In
