The Mosaic effect creates an impression of texturizing the image with a series of tiles that have irregularly-shaped edges. To change the tile size, drag the Tile Size slider. To change the width of the 'grout', drag the Grout Width slider. Drag the Grout Lightness slider to change the lightness of the 'grout'.
