The Circular Ripple effect creates the impression of alternately twisting the image Clockwise then Counterclockwise around the center portion of an image at a specified angle. The corners and sides of the image are left intact. Drag the Width slider to change the width of the ripples. Drag the Degrees slider to set the number of degrees for the twist. Select the Clockwise option choose the beginning direction of the twist. High Quality uses weighted averaging to create a smoother effect.
