Black Hole for Windows

Gee not another file deletion utility for Windows! Yep sorry it's
true. Black Hole is another file deletion utility for Windows, but it is
different. You have the option for a secure delete, giving you a real option
of dropping that file down a black hole.
If you want your deleted files to stay that way click once on the
minimized icon and choose the option Unsecure delete on the system menu if
it is already checked. If the checkmark does not appear in front of this
entry then leave it as it is. If you don't require Secure deletion then
leave this option checked, you never know when you could accidently delete
a file you want to keep.
Anyone using a utility to recover a file deleted with Black Hole
while the Secure option is in use will get the message when he tries to use
or read the file. Black Hole is hereby released to the general public as
Public Domain Software. It may be distributed by vendors who charge a small
copying fee or distributed on Electronic Bullitin Board Systems who charge a
fee for their use, but otherwise no fee or payment may be charged for this
utility.
Other software titles released by me are:
TOOLBAR for Windows ( a button bar for Windows to launch 29 apps)
BAT ( the easiest archive front end for Windows on the market)
Thanks to W.H. Lambdin for all his help in the finished version of
Black Hole.
