If you plan to attend university or are presently attending, we suggest you take advantage of the Canadian Forces ΓÇ£Regular Officer Training PlanΓÇ¥ that subsidizes post-secondary education in either a civilian university or the Royal Military College.
The Direct Entry Officer plan (DEO) is for university graduates with a minimum of a three-year bachelorΓÇÖs degree in an appropriate discipline granted by an approved university. The first stop for the DEO applicant is the Recruiting Office, for up-to-date information of available positions. If selected, Basic Officer Training, Second Language Training and Classification Training will follow.
