From the Toolbar: Select the PICTURE TOPICS button to see the main topics of pictures in Guinness. Double-click the words "Picture Topics" in the left-hand window to go to the top of the Picture Index. Double-click topics in the right-hand window to go down a "branch" of topics until you see a picture title of interest. The left-hand window will show the path you have taken. Double-click a picture title to view the picture, or click the picture title to highlight it and click View.
Click the caption button to view the picture caption.
Click the Picture Index button on the Toolbar to return to your place in the Picture Index.
From a record: Click the Picture button (if active) on the Button bar to view a picture or group of pictures illustrating the open record.
