  8. End-users of the unregistered versions of the SQUAREZ DELUXE game are
  9. licensed to use this software on a trial basis for their approval. If the
  10. user decides to keep and use this software as intended, the user should
  11. register the program with Software Creations, as described in the
  12. Registration screen in the software.  An order form is included.
  13.  
  14. BBS Sysops: This program may be freely distributed over BBS systems as long
  15. as there are no files added to or removed form the original compressed file
  16. package. Any and all file modifications are strictly prohibited.
  17.  
  18. Vendors, BBS Sysops, Distributors, Computer Clubs and User Groups wishing to
  19. add the software product to their library may do so in accordance with the
  20. Distribution Restrictions listed below.

  23. for this software, Software Creations authorizes distribution only in
  24. accordance with the following restrictions.

  124. SOFTWARE CREATIONS WARRANTS THAT ITS DISKS ARE FREE FROM DEFECTS FOR 90 DAYS 
  125. AND WILL REPLACE ANY DEFECTIVE DISKS WITHIN THAT TIME PERIOD UPON RECEIPT OF 
  126. SUCH DEFECTIVE DISKS, POSTAGE PREPAID.  SOFTWARE CREATIONS FURTHER WARRANTS 
  127. THAT THIS SOFTWARE WILL PERFORM SUBSTANTIALLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH ANY WRITTEN
  128. GUARANTEES PUBLISHED BY SOFTWARE CREATIONS.
