  23.              SHIFT - move ship left (if keyboard selected)
  24.                  Z - move ship right (if keyboard selected)
  25.                  1 - set ship speed = slow
  26.                  2 - set ship speed = intermediate

  35.         keypad, never use the inverted-T cursor keys.  The keyboard
