  5. This order form is for schools, day-care centers, or other institutions where
  6. our programs will be used on more than one computer at the same time.  If you
  7. plan on using Amy's Fun-2-3 Adventure in a MULTI-USER/COMPUTER SETUP, you
  8. must obtain a SITE LICENSE before you can do so.
  9.  
  10. If your school, day-care center, or other institution will be using Amy's
  11. Fun-2-3 Adventure on ONLY ONE COMPUTER AT A TIME, you DO NOT need a site
  12. license.  You do however NEED TO REGISTER using the ORDER.FRM file for
  13. individual users before your school or center can use our software.

  15. WHEN YOU REGISTER FOR A SITE LICENSE YOU'LL RECEIVE:

  17.    1) The registered version of AMY'S FUN-2-3 ADVENTURE (includes a 20 page
  18.       manual)
  19.    2) AMY'S SHAPES (a fun shape and color matching game -- help Amy get all
  20.       the bones!  Contains high quality graphics, speech and music.  Supports
  21.       AdLib, Sound Source and Sound Blaster cards.)
  22.    3) RETROSPECTRO (a challenging memory game -- Supports AdLib and Sound
  23.       Blaster cards.)
  24.    4) The complete version of AMY'S PLAY-B-C TIME, the ruffest way yet for
  25.       children to learn their ABC's!  This commercial quality, multi-game
  26.       program is the perfect sequel to AMY'S FUN-2-3 ADVENTURE.  (Supports
  27.       AdLib, Sound Source and Sound Blaster cards.)  Includes a helpful
  28.       high-quality manual.**

  42.          If you have more then 1 school or center you would like to license
  43.          in your district or franchise, you must purchase a seperate license
  44.          for each one.  (If you have 5 or more sites to license, use the
  45.          Multi-Site License below.)

  47. $150.00  Multi-Site License which covers 5 OR MORE schools, day care centers,
  48.          or other institutions in a district/franchise.  Includes 5 sets of
  49.          original disks and manuals.  Additional sets of disks and manuals
  50.          can be ordered for any additional sites you may have (see below), or
  51.          you can make as many copies as you like from the original disks sent
  52.          to distribute to the other schools or centers in your district.
