hours of 9:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, Monday through
Friday, at 1-800-734-8031 (inside the Continental United States). Outside
the Continental US, please call +1-412-261-9123 during the same hours, or
use our "faxback" service by calling +1-412-391-7886 24 hours, 7 days.
Please have a description of your problem ready when calling us voice. This
will save you a lot of time and get you running as quickly as possible!
Please understand that if you are asked to leave a message -- we'll get
right back to you the same day, usually within 30 minutes of your call.
Hey, it's better than putting you on hold for that amount of time and making
you listen to more elevator music!
We also offer a "faxback" service, whereby we provide technical support via

24 hours of receipt of your questions. This service, though catering well
to our international customers, is not limited to foreign customer use. If
you would rather receive technical support via fax, please feel free to use

If using email, please describe your problem in full detail, and the name
of the software you are having problems with. Give us your full name,
internet address or America Online Screen Name, daytime phone number (if
response by phone is acceptable) and hours during which we may call you,
and, if possible, include your CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT files in the
email message (or attach them as files).
