- electronic distribution, are freely allowed to distribute this
- software without permission of the author provided that the
- specified files are included in the distribution.

- 2.) Non-ASP vendors may not sell copies of this software, even if
- the purchase price is just to cover duplication costs, without
- the express written permission of the author. Although ASP
- members do not need to obtain written permission for distribution,
- a brief letter stating that you are distributing the software
- is encouraged (but not required).

- by any user group, commercial library, or any for-profit or
