  6. updated TOP program files starting
  7. with TOP ver 1.1.  As such, it will 
  8. upgrade any previous version of TOP to
  9. ver 1.23.

  11. To use:  PKUNZIP the file to your TOP 
  12. directory, overwriting the existing 
  13. program files.

  15. Version 1.23 corrects the minor 
  16. problems from ver 1.21, and includes
  17. the major interface improvements in
  18. ver 1.2.
