  22.     Future vs. Fantasy Quake (hereby referred to as "FvF" or "the
  23.         software") is provided AS IS.  Neither FreeForm Interactive (FI),
  24.         Hap (hap@ucsd.edu), kenn (kenn@autobahn.org), Raison
  25.         (raison@concentric.net), nor any individuals either associated or not
  26.         associated with FI, including, but not limited to any individual
  27.         mentioned by the above or this documentation file, is responsible for
  28.         any damage, or financial, physical, emotional, spiritual, economic,
  29.         temporal, or spatial loss that may result from running or even simply
  30.         possessing the software. FreeForm Interactive also claims the right
  31.         to modify this document without prior notification, but will most
  32.         likely refrain from including clauses that bequeath unto FI any
  33.         property or family members of individuals using the software and
  34.         thus abiding by this disclaimer/ad hoc license agreement.

  39. [Registering Future versus Fantasy 3.0]

  41.     Future vs. Fantasy now comes in two flavors, Registered and Shareware.
  42.     If you decide to enjoy the game as Shareware only, then many of the
  43.     exciting features of the game have been disabled. The Shareware is
  44.     still extremely playable and is no way crippled except for a few "nag"
  45.     screens but we at Freeform Interactive have spent a lot of time and
  46.     energy to create the most involved RPG game that we could and would
  47.     like your support so that we may continue making FvF even better.
  48.     If you decide to Register FvF, then this is what's in store:

  50.          1. Continued support for FvF.
  51.          2. Added features that only the Registered Version of FvF 3.0
  52.             contains including new monsters, new textures, and new levels 
  53.             created specifically for FvF.
  54.          3. You will be making all of us very happy.
