  1. Twisted Metal 2 Patch - v971124
  2.  
  3. This patch optimizes memory usuage of Twisted Metal 2.  The effects of the patch 
  4. should be transparent to you, and it will NOT affect multi-player game sessions in 
  5. any way.  Therefore, players can still play a multi-player game with each other even 
  6. though one is patched and the other is not. 
  7.  
  8. There are three (3) files in this patch:
  9.     
  10.     TM2.EXE
  11.     TM2.HLP
  12.     Readme1st.txt

  14. Instructions on installing the patch:
  15.  
  16. 1) Download the TM2_V971124.ZIP file into a folder on your hard drive.
  17. 2) Double left clicked on the patch file.
  18. 3) A WinZip Self-Extractor dialog box will appear, displaying the default location
  19.    of the Twisted Metal 2 folder (the default folder is C:\Program Files\Sony Interactive\
  20.    Twisted Metal 2).  If you installed Twisted Metal 2 to a different folder, input the
  21.    folder name in the "Unzip To Folder" field now. 
  22. 4) Left click on the Unzip button to unzip the patch.
  23. 5) If you see the message "3 files(s) unzipped successfully," you have successfully
  24.    installed the patch.
