  1.                   Indy's Desktop Adventures Installation Update
  2.  
  3. This patch contains a new SETUP.EXE file for Indy's Desktop Adventures that
  4. will fix problems encountered during the installation process.  This new
  5. setup file will only fix installation related problems, otherwise it is
  6. not needed.  You will need to copy this file onto the Desktop Adventures disk,
  7. and choose to overwrite the existing SETUP.EXE file that is currently there.

  9. Windows 3.1
  10. First, place the Desktop Adventures disk into your A: drive.  Then, open your
  11. File Manager, and double-click on the directory where you unzipped the patch.
  12. Once you do this, you will see a file called SETUP.EXE.  Left click with your
  13. mouse, and then drag this file onto the A: drive.  When this is done, you
  14. will see a message saying "Overwrite existing file?"  Click on the "Yes"  You
  15. should then be able to successfully install the game.

  17. Windows '95
  18. First, place the Desktop Adventures disk into your A: drive.  Then, open your
  19. Windows Explorer, and double-click on the directory where you unzipped the
  20. patch.  Once you do this, you will see a file called SETUP.EXE.  Right click
  21. with your mouse, and then drag this file onto the A: drive.  You will then
  22. be given the following choices:

  25.                         Copy Here
  26.                         Create short-cut Here
  27.  
  28. Move the mouse pointer down to "Move Here," and left click the mouse once.
  29. When this is done, you will see a box appear that says "Confirm File Replace"
  30. and a message saying "Would you like to replace the existing file?"  Click
  31. on the "Yes" button.  You should then be able to successfully install the
  32. game.
