  3. 1) Computer no longer automatically deplete air formations in human
  4.    controlled HQ's
  5.  
  6. 2) Remove HQ function has been added (Shift R)
  7.  
  8. 3) Soviet infantry and Shock Armies shave been fixed to plot only two 
  9.    moves.
  10.  
  11. 4) Number of Operational points an HQ can gain has been reduced by 25%.
  12.  
  13. 5) Wear and Tear on aircraft have been increased by 10%.
  14.  
  15. 6) The maximum readiness that can be gained in a hex have been reduced 
  16.    to 5 times during special supply.
  17.  
  18. 7) Human player will not receive the Blitzrieg supply bonus in 1941,
  19.    unless the player chooses "Help Axis."
  20.  
  21. 8) The readiness of land combat units will now be displayed.
  22.  
  23. 9) You can now accumulate more supplies during Blitzrieg supply.
  24.  
  25. 10) Russian player can gain Blitzrieg supply only if the player selected
  26.    "Help Soviet."
