Ride a shopping cart without getting bitched at or in trouble with this mod that will replace your faggio scooter with a Shopping Cart. (Sounds lame but it is really awsome!)
This mod will replace your faggio.txd and faggio.dff files in your gta3.img file in your C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\models folder. So back up thoes files incase you wish to revert back to the orignal faggio without reinstalling your game. Also make sure your C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City folder and all of it's files within are not set to read only if they are gta 3 img edit will not work.
To install open your gta3.img file in your C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\models folder with gta 3 img edit (Download this if you don't have it)
Then delete faggio.txd and faggio.dff.
and click add then add in the new faggio.dff and faggio.txd to the img file.
Then click rebuild archive.
