- *Spaceship now moves faster (useful on older pc's)
- *You no longer get stuck at the End of the Universe
-
- --Lander part--
- *Added some spooky strange-creature-in-outer-space sounds
- *(NOTICE: No fast movement in the lander part!)
-

-
-
- v0.93b - Released September 04, 1999
-
- --General--
- * Shooting no longer costs power.
- * Fixed a small bug in the menu.
- * Tidied up and optimized a bit in code, datafiles & documentation.
-
- --Outer space part--
- * Changed the rotation of the craft to be more accurate and smooth.
- This also means that you can now fly & shoot in many more directions.
- * Modified the acceleration and breaking (hopefully to the better).
- * Added the rocket blast flames for forward-moving craft.
- (Couldn't be bothered with the backwards or sideways flames, though.)
- * Blasting forward now costs you a little bit power
-
- --Lander part--
- * Altered the gravitational force to be different between the planets.
- * Minor adjustment in the fire shooting (side effect of rotation patch
- in stations and outer space parts).
- * Fixed yet another bug with the green aliens, so that they will now
- bounce against rocks and buildings, rather than moving into them.
-
- --Stations part--
- * Changed the rotation of the robot to be more accurate and smooth
- This also means that you can now move & shoot in many more directions.
- * Made the robot sprite slightly smaller and rounder. YES we know the
- lighting effect goes wrong as you rotate, but we couldn't bother :-)
- * Changed the (blue) bugs AI to make them a wee bit more dangerous.
- * Changed (blue) bugs graphics (hardly noticable).
- * Collision with "key stealer" and shooting robot now works properly.
- * Added crash sound effect for exploding "key stealer".
-
- v0.92b - Released August 29, 1999
-
- --General--
- * Joystick controls added.
- * Added LEFT CONTROL key as alternative fire button.
- * Beautified the exit screen which appears when you quit the game.
-
- --Outer space part--
- * Even easier to navigate as the backwards movement now makes the
- ship slow down to a stand still rather than go backwards.
- * Added more stars to the background
- * Fixed a few small bugs in the background graphics
-
- --Lander part--
- * Changed Terminus and Sayshell to have atmospheres with bright colors.
- No stars are visible on these two planets...imagine it's daylight :-)
- * Changed the initial positions of the green aliens so that they appear
- further away from the platforms.
- * Fixed a big bug which caused killed green aliens & canons in the lander
- part to reappear when you got back out from a station. Now they're gone.
- * Fixed an annoying bug in the lander part. If you crash into a vertical
- wall, the explosion no longer "gets stuck" as it sometimes used to.
- * Fixed the enemy canon's pipe so that it's pointing in the line of fire.
- * Added more stars to the background
-
- --Stations part--
- * Time count down will now stop as you've found the AntiTron, rather
- than keep counting down as it did in earlier versions. Doh!
- * NavaTron now shows where on the station the AntiTron and the keys
- are located. (one-way paths, doors or moving blocks are still hidden!)
- * Moving blocks improved. If you touch one, it will explode while the
- other ones will keep moving in the same direction and pace.
- * (As a result of the above bugfix) Increased the damage caused by
- collision with blocks.
- * Fixed a tiny daft little bug in one of the station maps.
-
- v0.91b - Released August 16, 1999
-
- -- General --
- * Added some neat info, graphics and music to the main menu, plus
- added the CONTINUE choice which enables you to continue the game
- you were playing before you interrupted it with the ESCAPE key.
- * Added some fade_outs for switching from game to menu, etc.
- * Improved the map ("NavaTron"). It now makes more sense.
- * Changed behavior/intelligence in certain sprites.
- * More information in the documentation (e.g. this file)
- * Cleaned up in the datafiles
-
- -- Outer space part --
- * Improved spaceship controls for the outer space part as it
- was too difficult to navigate earlier.
- * Changed starting coordinates for the outer space part. No longer
- starting in the middle of the chaos, but in a quiet neighborhood.
-
- -- Stations part --
- * Changed the station time limit from the default 3 mins to individual
- time limits for each station.
- * Changed the amount of damage the blocks can cause your robot.
- * Updated most stations (more power units added to make it easier)
- * Fixed a bug with the (blue) bugs in the stations. Sometimes these
- managed to walk through walls to the outside of the stations, but
- this does no longer happen.
- * Fixed a bug with the vertically moving blocks in the stations.
- * Fixed a bug with key stealers in the stations part. They can no
- longer go in the opposite direction against one way paths.
-
