  6. Tweaker 2000 is a freeware program that can "tweak" many Windows settings that
  7. you just can't find anywhere else in Windows. Tweaker has over 50 Windows and
  8. Windows NT settings you can change.
  9.  
  10. For example, with Tweaker you can:

  12.  + Make it so you can view contents of windows while you drag them
  13.  + Make your Windows 98/NT Start Menu split into columns if there are too many
  14. things for one row instead of scrolling (also works under Win 95 + IE Desktop Update)
  15.  + Change several system icons!
  16.  + Change your wallpaper's position to virtually anywhere.
  17.  + Restrict access to areas like certain Control Panel icons, or remove items
  18. from the Start menu.
  19.  + Position your desktop wallpaper anywhere!
  20.  + Much more!

  23. *New in Tweaker 2000*

  25.  + A few background bitmaps for Internet Explorer are now included with Tweaker
  26.  + A new splash screen. It sort of replaces the old "Press this button to change
  27. settings" window where you'd have to press a button to get to the "real" Tweaker
  28. (settings area).
  29.  + An updated and improved help file.
  30.  + Icons are now on tabs and one is shown above all settings in any tab -- not
  31. next to each one as before.
  32.  + "What's This?" (context-sensitive) help. Click the question mark button on
  33. the titlebar and click any setting, and a small help paragraph will pop up explaining
  34. the setting.
  35.  + The "Restrictions" tab is now labeled "Security" and it has some new settings.
  36.  + Several new tweaks, or settings!
