  2. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR Active Registry Monitor (ARM):

  4.  - All copyrights to ARM are exclusively owned by SmartLine, Inc. 
  5.  
  6.  - Anyone may use this software during a trial period of 30 days only,
  7.    on one computer of a local network, at any single time. Following this
  8.    trial period of 30 days, if you wish to continue to use ARM then
  9.    you MUST register. 
  10.  
  11.  - A registered user is granted a non-exclusive license to use ARM
  12.    on one computer at a time, for any legal purpose. The registered
  13.    ARM software may not be rented nor leased, but may be permanently
  14.    transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to the terms of this license.
  15.    If the software is an update, the transfer must include all updates and all
  16.    previous versions of the ARM software. 
  17.  
  18.  - An unregistered, evaluation version of ARM may be freely
  19.    distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person
  20.    nor company may charge a fee for the distribution of ARM without
  21.    written permission from the copyright holder SmartLine Inc.
  22.  
  23.  - To register, you must complete the registration form and send it, with the
  24.    registration fee, to one of the authorized registration sites. 
  25.  
  26.  - ARM IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED
  27.    OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR OR SMARTLINE, INC. WILL
  28.    NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS NOR ANY OTHER
  29.    KIND OF LOSS AS A RESULT OF OR WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  31.  - You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  32.    decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, nor transfer the
  33.    licensed program, nor any subset of the licensed program, except as
  34.    provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in
  35.    immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in
  36.    criminal and/or civil prosecution. All rights not expressly granted here
  37.    are reserved by SmartLine, Inc. 
  38.  
  39.  - This Agreement and any dispute relating to ARM or to this Agreement
  40.    shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. You agree and
  41.    consent that jurisdiction and proper venue for all claims, actions and
  42.    proceedings of any kind relating to SmartLine Inc or the matters in this
  43.    Agreement shall be exclusively in courts located in Moscow. Installing and
  44.    using ARM signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license. 
  45.  
  46.  - If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  47.    ARM files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
