  23. Photobie is a photo editing software that runs upon .Net framework. It provides many advanced features such as resizing, rotating,
  24. flipping horizontally and vertically, adjusting contrast and transapency, copying and pasting specific area, capturing the screen
  25. with variety shapes, editing the newly pasted area, converting image format.
