  19. Expected preinstalled files / missing files

  22. Standard files (DLL's and OCX's) are not included in the
  23. installation package. This is to keep the setup program small and
  24. to avoid reinstallation and registration of existing DLL's and OCX's.

  26. The following preinstallations are necessary :
  27. 1)    Microsoft Script Control - wshom.ocx, scrrun.dll
  28. 2)    vbRunTime 6.0 - Olepro32.dll, Oleaut32.dll, Msvbvm60.dll,  Comcat.dll, Asyfilt.dll
  29. 3)    vbMscomctl - Mscomctl.ocx
  30. 4)    Microsoft SAPI 4 Text to Speach engine - Spchapi.exe 
  31. 5)      English Speech Engine - tv_enua.exe
