  6. ActiveCandy 3.5 is a set of control for creating professional
  7. and cute eye-candy interfaces. The sets include buttons,
  8. checkboxes, direction pads, screens (almost basically like frames)
  9. and more. ActiveCandy can be incorporated in any application, weither
  10. it's freeware, in-house, shareware or commercial shrink-wrap. As long
  11. as appropriate acknowledgement is given in return, which can be from
  12. a simple "ActiveCandy provided by RovoScape Software (www.rovoscape.com)"
  13. to a button pointing to the ActiveCandy site, you can opt to use the
  14. buttons\banners without linking.

  16. While these widgets can be good for enhancing an
  17. interface, they should be however used wisely depending on the
  18. nature of your application. If it is an entertainment,
  19. multimedia, or game related sort of program. Then this may be
  20. what you need. However they do not go well with serious mission
  21. critical applications.
