  1. LICENSE AGREEMENT 
  2.  
  3. Use of 007 Stealth Activity Monitor (hereinafter "SOFTWARE") 
  4. is contingent on your agreement to the following terms:
  5.  
  6. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE
  7. You have 31 days to evaluate the SOFTWARE. After 31 days, you must 
  8. either delete the SOFTWARE or purchase a license.
  9.  
  10. The purpose of the SOFTWARE is to provide you with a log of your 
  11. activities on your own computer for later review. System administrators 
  12. may also use the software to monitor computer usage with proper warning
  13. in advance, e. g. by using the build-in popup functionality.
  14.  
  15. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any liability that 
  16. may arise by using this SOFTWARE. It is solely your responsibility to 
  17. use this powerful software in accordance with the laws of your country.

  19. 2. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
  20. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. 
  21. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IOPUS FURTHER 
  22. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED 
  23. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, 
  24. AND NONINFRINGEMENT.  THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR 
  25. PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH RECIPIENT. 
  26. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 
  27. IOPUS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, 
  28. SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT 
  29. LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, 
  30. LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF 
  31. THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN 
  32. IF IOPUS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  34. 3. SCOPE OF GRANT
  35. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the SOFTWARE.  
  36. IOPUS shall retain title and all ownership rights to the SOFTWARE.
  37.  
  38. 4. COPYRIGHT
  39. This SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international copyright 
  40. treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.
  41.  
  42. 5. MAINTENANCE
  43. IOPUS is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates for the SOFTWARE. 
  44. However, any maintenance or updates provided by IOPUS shall be covered by 
  45. this Agreement.
  46.  
  47. 6. DISTRIBUTION
  48. The SOFTWARE may be freely distributed provided that it is not modified 
  49. and the original archive remains intact with all accompanying files., 
  50. and provided that no fee is charged (except for any reasonable fees necessary 
  51. to cover costs of distribution media).  Should a fee be charged or any of 
  52. the distribution package need to be modified you must contact IOPUS for 
  53. explicit written permission.
