  1. HOW TO ORDER A LICENSE FOR CONTINUED USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

  9. After filling out the online order form, you will be prompted to submit 
  10. your payment in one of the following forms:

  12.   - Credit card (online, via a secure web server)
  13.   - Credit card (by FAX, add $1.00 processing fee)
  14.   - Credit card (by PHONE, add $1.00 processing fee)
  15.   - Purchase Order (by FAX, add $10.00 processing fee)
  16.   - Check or Money Order, in US dollars (by MAIL, add $3.00 processing fee)

  18. Immediately after your payment is received and cleared, an email confirmation 
  19. and registration information will be sent to you automatically.

  21. NOTE: Except for the registration information, allowing you to convert
  22. an evaluation version into the licensed one,  you will NOT receive

  24. may be downloaded directly from our web site.

  54. NOTE: Folder Guard and FM Guard are licensed on the 'per-computer' basis.  
  55. This means that if you want to install and use the software on more than 
  56. one computer, a site license for the total number of the computers must
  57. be obtained.  If you are ordering the software for use by multiple
  58. users in a network, you don't need to include every computer
  59. attached to the network in your license, but you must include every
  60. computer on which the program is installed or used, regardless of
  61. whether the user of the computer happens to know that the program is
  62. in use on their system.  If you have single computers which allow
  63. multiple users to use the program simultaneously, you must count
  64. each keyboard or terminal separately when determining how many
  65. computers are using the program.

  67. NOTE: Singularity, StepUp, and FM StepUp are licensed on the 'per-user' 
  68. basis.  This means that you may purchase a single individual license 
  69. and install the software on more than one computer (for example, 
  70. a desktop system and a notebook), provided that there is *no possibility* 
  71. to use the Registered Copy by anybody else.  On the other hand, if more 
  72. than one person uses a computer, every such user must purchase an
  73. individual license for continued use of the software, or a site
  74. license for the total number of users accessing the computer must be
  75. obtained.
