  12. ALLAHMODE   Godmode on/off
  13. BELFAST     Deathkiss (kill all enemies)
  14. RAVEN       Ambrosia (full shield and health)
  15. BEAVIS      Get objective items. Only 100 points left to complete 
  16.             level.
  17. GULLIVER    Midget Mode on/off
  18. BLAMMOx     Get weapon x (1-6)
