  12. NOT in the public domain. All programs and data files are Copyright 1992 - 
  13. 1995 by Elfring Soft Fonts. All rights are reserved. Except to the extent 
  14. expressly licensed by us, we have and reserve the exclusive copyright and 
  15. other rights, title and interest to distribute the ESF's Art Deco Fonts and
  16. all earlier versions of it. Distribution restriction rights are claimed 
  17. under that copyright and are outlined below. This package must be distributed
  18. intact. These products are distributed under the shareware concept.

  21.  "Commercially distribute" means to distribute for money or other
  22.  consideration.  It includes copying onto magnetic disks, CD-ROMs
  23.  or any other tangible medium now or subsequently known, and
  24.  distribution by retail rack, direct mail, catalog, advertisement,
  25.  or trade show.  It does *not* include distribution by any not-
  26.  for-profit organization, by any hobby, user or computer interest
  27.  group to its members, or electronically by any BBS.

  34. should be named ARTDECO1.ZIP or ARTDECO1.LZH. The 6 character name should be
  35. ARTDC1.*.

  38. User Groups /  Computer Clubs

  40. * These programs may be distributed by not-for-profit User Groups or Computer 
  41. Clubs. For-profit groups must follow the rules outlined below for Disk Vendors.
  42. All program files must be kept together and *must* remain unmodified. You may 
  43. use LHARC, LHA, PKZIP, or a similar program to compress and group these files.
  44. You may *not* combine these files and fonts with any other fonts from any 
  45. other sources.

  48. Catalog Disk Vendors

  50. * Current ASP approved disk vendors may start to distribute this program with-
  51. out prior written permission. You must remain an ASP approved vendor to keep 
  52. distributing this package! You must also send us a copy of your catalog that 
  53. contains the description of this program. If an ASP approved vendor leaves 
  54. the ASP they must contact us within 30 days for permission to continue to 
  55. distribute this product, or they must remove it from their catalog. This 
  56. product must be distributed on a single disk in uncompressed format (the 
  57. SETUP program will not work otherwise).

  59. All other catalog disk vendors must write for permission to distribute these 
  60. programs. Be *sure* to include sample copies of your catalog or other written 
  61. materials when you write to ask for permission. We will not respond to vendors
  62. who do not include this material with their request.

  65. brochures, mailers, etc. must be named "ESF's Art Deco Fonts" or "Art Deco

  77. uting a rack version of this product. You may NOT distribute THIS copy on a 
  78. rack or sell it in a retail store setting. Please send sample copies of your 
  79. rack packaging when requesting a rack version.

  85. 10% of the CD's content is font based. We would appreciate it if each CD-ROM

  87. includes this product to ensure you have a current copy of the program.
