- <P>Fill in the file you want to use as input in the Input
- Box or push on the Browse button next to the Input
- Box to select the file from a list. In the same way,
- you fill in the Output Box, this is the file that is
- going to be written. Pay attention that the Output
- file is the correct one because he will be overwritten.
- </P>
- <P>Then push on the Compress or the Uncompress button.
- This will start the (Un)compressing. You can compress
- about every file in the HTML format no matter what
- version of HTML it is. If you find a file that does
- not work the same anymore, after you compress it, please
- notify me. When you uncompress, you must uncompress
- a file that is being compressed by this program. If
- you uncompress an uncompressed file or a file that
- is compressed in another way, the results could be
- very complicated/useless/strange/... So even if you
- want to use my program to redo the outlining of your
- source file, first compress and only then uncompress
- the file.
- </P>
- <P>After the starting of the (Un)Compressing progress,
- a progressbar at the bottom of the window will indicate
- the progress. For compressing this progressbar will
- become 100%full, only once, by uncompressing this will
- happen twice. You can stop this progress by clicking
- on the Exit button, which will immediately terminate
- the program. Exiting the program can be done at any
- moment by hitting this Exit Button.
- </P>
- <P>When you use wildcards (*, ?) in the Input Box, you
- will receive a list of the files meeting your constrains.
- Just answer yes or no when you're asked if you want
- to proceed. If you select the Subdirs Checkbox, all
- the subdirectories will be searched too. If you use
- wildcards in the input box, the output bow will be
- ignored.
- </P>
- <P>Example:
- <DIR>
- <PRE>c:\Internet Homepage\*.htm</PRE>
- <BLOCKQUOTE>
- <P>All the files in the 'Internet Homepage' directory
- will be (Un)Compressed.
- </P>
- </BLOCKQUOTE>
