  22. <P>With the HTML (Un)Compress tool, you can easily compress
  23. your HTML files to result in shorter downloading time.
  24. Your page will appear in exactly the same way in your
  25. browser, but it will be about 20% smaller. Afterwards,
  26. you can uncompress your files for being able to edit
  27. them once again. When you uncompress, the file automatically
  28. will be perfectly outlined, to make it very structured
  29. and easy to edit them by hand. Editing your files in
  30. a WYSIWYG editor (as FrontPage, Netscape Composer)
  31. is still possible, as well in compressed as in uncompressed
