  3. Calendar Utility - Jim Bandy 72611,704

  5. This little utility is the result of my first three hours with Delphi.
  6. It uses the Sample palette Calendar Component to create a simple but
  7. useful utility that doesn't duplicate any of the standard Win3.1
  8. applets but shows a lot of the power and features of Delphi.

  10. It starts up with today's date and expanded to full size (relax, it's
  11. still small!  About 200 x 300 pixels).  It can be shrunk or expanded with 
  12. buttons that are laid over each other so that they seem to change
  13. function.  You can increment/decrement months/years, jump to today
  14. from any date, and rotate the day of the week in the starting column.
  15. (I think of the week as starting on Monday and ending on Sunday.  I
  16. suppose to a 4Day Tire store manager it really starts on Wednesday!).
