  20.     The ADinf program is  supplied  "AS IS"  without  any warranty, either
  21. expressed or implied,  of workmanship, merchantability  and fitness for  a
  22. particular  purpose.  In  no  event  will  JV  DIALOGUE, or its authorized
  23. dealers or the designer of the program be liable to the purchaser for  any
  24. consequential problems  arising out  of the  use or  inability to  use the
  25. program.

  27. The  noncommercial  version  of  the  ADinf  program  and its accompanying
  28. documentation  are  supplied  without  any  restriction  whatsoever in the
  29. event  of  its  use  or  distribution for  noncommercial and nonprofitable
  30. purposes.  The noncommercial version does not essentially differ from  the
  31. full-fledged  version  of   the  ADinf  program:    it  demonstrates   the
  32. capabilities  of  the  ADinf  program  on  your  system. The noncommercial
  33. version
  34.  
  35.      (1) does not support PERSONAL tables,
  36.  
  37.      (2) cannot repair files through ADinf Cure Module,
  38.  
  39.      (3) cannot exclude directories (subdirectories) from checks,
  40.  
  41.      (4) cannot save the check results in a log file.
  42.  
  43. The purchaser may not distribute copies of the full-fledged program or its
  44. accompanying documentation to others. A  user who purchases a copy  of the
  45. said program from an authorized  dealer is registered and has  the benefit
  46. of concession on  updates, maintenance and  support service. Each  copy of
  47. the program has  a unique serial  number which is  displayed in the  title
  48. page and purchaser's name encrypted in the body.

  50. The program is sold to organizations and individual users. The copy of the
  51. program licensed  to an  organization may  be installed  on any  number of
  52. computers belonging to the licensed organization. The copy of the  program
  53. licensed to an individual user  may be installed concurrently on  only one
  54. computer belonging to  the purchaser. A  licensed individual user,  in the
  55. event of purchase of a new computer, may reinstate the program on his  new
  56. computer, provided he erases the program from his old computer.

  58. This license remains  effective until terminated.  You may terminate  this
  59. agreement by returning the  program(s) and all accompanying  documentation
  60. to the authorized dealer from whom you procured the program.
