  10. This directory provides marketing literature and release and installation
  11. information for the SCO(R) ARCserve(R)/Open from Cheyenne(R) products,
  12. including:

  14.    * SCO ARCserve/Open Release 2.2.0 (both Lite and full versions)

  16.    * SCO ARCserve/Open Changer Option Release 2.2.0
  17.  
  18.    * SCO ARCserve/Open Client Agents for UNIX(R) systems, Apple(R)
  19.      Macintosh(R), IBM(R) OS/2(R), Novell(R) NetWare(R), and Windows(R)
  20.      systems

  22.      NOTE: You can use the SCO ARCserve/Open Release and Installation Notes
  23.      to install SCO ARCserve/Open and the SCO ARCserve/Open Documentation
  24.      Set. The online documentation provides instructions for installing the
  25.      other SCO ARCserve/Open options, including the Client Agents and the
  26.      Changer Option.

  29. The mktglit directory provides the SCO ARCserve/Open Data Sheet in two
  30. different formats:

  32.      datasht.pdf:
  33.           an Adobe(TM) Acrobat(TM) format file that you can browse using an
  34.           Adobe Acrobat reader.
  35.  
  36.           NOTE: An Italian version of the datasheet in .pdf format is also
  37.           available in this directory.

  39.      datasht.htm:
  40.           an HTML file that you can read with any suitable Internet browser,
  41.           such as Netscape(TM) or Mosaic.

  44. The relnotes directory provides the SCO ARCserve/Open Release and
  45. Installation Notes in three different formats:

  47.      relnotes.htm:
  48.           an HTML file that you can read with any suitable Internet browser,
  49.           such as Netscape or Mosaic.

  51.      relnotes.txt:
  52.           an ASCII text file that you can use for reading with UNIX commands
  53.           such as "more" or "view".
  54.  
  55.      relnotes.ps:
  56.           a PostScript(R) file that you can use to view with "ghostview" or
  57.           to print a copy of the Release and Installation Notes.

  68. To access the online Release and Installation Notes from this CD-ROM before
  69. installing any of the SCO ARCserve/Open products:

  71.    * Access the Release and Installation Notes from this file.

  75.    * Read the Release and Installation Notes at another time by:

  77.        1. Start scohelp(X1) or any other World Wide Web browser.

  79.              + For scohelp users only - select "Web Browser Mode" from the
  80.                Preferences menu.
