  29. ■ GENERAL RECORDING INSTRUCTIONS
  30.  
  31.     Recording is done using the Creative Labs double buffering 
  32.     driver.  All recording is done by recording directly into
  33.     a file.  This allows for recording with no time limit, 
  34.     accept of course your hard disk space available.
  35.

  37.     If you record a file, and then select to record again without
  38.     selecting another file name, the previously recorded file will
  39.     be erased!  Remember that!

  42. ■ Record file
  43.     
  44.     Activate this button to start the recording sequence.  After this
  45.     is started, a dialog box will appear allowing you to Pause,
  46.     Continue, or Stop the recording
  47.  
  48.     After the recording has started, begin immediately speaking into
  49.     the microphone

  52. ■ Delete file
  53.  
  54.     Activate this button to delete the last recorded file.  You can
  55.     only delete a file you just recorded.
  56.  
  57. ■ Play recording
  58.  
  59.     Playback the recorded file by activating this button.  On Sound
  60.     Blaster Pro and SB 16, the input channel volume will be turned 
  61.     off until playback is finished so that you can hear what you
  62.     just recorded without mixing the playback with the input.

  64. ■ Rate Group

  66.     Select the radio button for the frequency to record
  67.  
  68. ■ Input Group
  69.  
  70.     Select the input channel to record from.  When you select a
  71.     channel, the volume for that channel will be automatically 
  72.     turned up. (SB Pro and SB 16 only)

  74. ■ Settings Group
  75.  
  76.     Select 8 bit or 16 bit recording. (not implemented in this
  77.     version to keep this program compatible with all SB cards).

  79. ■ Filter Group

  81.     Select the desired recording filters (SB Pro and SB 16 only)

  83. ■ Recorded file size

  85.     This will display the size of the last recorded file in 
  86.     units of kBytes (1000 bytes)

  88. ■ KBytes free disk space

  90.     This will display the available free disk space on the drive 
  91.     that is selected in units of kBytes (1000 bytes)

  93. ■ File path\name to record

  95.     This is the currently selected path\filename to record.  Activate
  96.     the File button to select a new filename

  100.     This push button when activated will bring up a file dialog box to
  101.     select a new path\filename to record

  105.     Activate this button to start the recording sequence.  After this
  106.     is started, a dialog box will appear allowing you to Pause,
