It's also a complete development platform--supporting the AutoCAD Development System®, AutoLISP®, and AutoCAD Device Interface(TM) ( ADI®) drivers.
AutoCAD VQ software's highly customizable applications allow nontechnical users to access, display, modify--and even save--AutoCAD, AutoCAD Data Extension, and linked database information through a simple-to-use interface. AutoCAD VQ application developers are required to join a developer program, which includes a developer kit and contract.
