  2.          Alt-N Technologies End-User License Agreement (EULA)

  5. LICENSE AGREEMENT
  6.  
  7. Please read this entire agreement.  If you do not agree to the terms 
  8. of this agreement promptly return your distribution materials to the 
  9. place you obtained them for a full refund or delete your trial 
  10. package.

  12. ALT-N TECHNOLOGIES END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
  13.  
  14. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between 
  15. you ("Customer" or "Sub Licensee") and Alt-N Technologies ("Licensee")
  16. for the Alt-N software product(s) you are installing which include(s) 
  17. computer software, "online" or electronic documentation, and may
  18. include associated media and printed materials ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or
  19. "SOFTWARE").
  20.  
  21. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you 
  22. agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.  If you do not agree to 
  23. the terms of this EULA, promptly return the entire unused SOFTWARE 
  24. PRODUCT, including all subscription UPDATES that you may have received
  25. as part of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, to the place from which you obtained 
  26. it for a full refund and/or delete all files related to your trial 
  27. demonstration version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  28.  
  29. ALT-N TECHNOLOGIES SOFTWARE LICENSE
  30.  
  31. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
  32. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
  33. treaties.  The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.  The SOFTWARE
  34. PRODUCT consists of product documentation, a server application, and
  35. support files individually identified as "COMPONENT" and collectively
  36. referred to herein as "SOFTWARE".
  37.  
  38. GRANT OF LICENSE
  39.  
  40. Alt-N Technologies grants to you as an individual, a personal, non-
  41. exclusive, non-transferable license to install and execute a single 
  42. instance of the SOFTWARE on a single computer or on multiple computers 
  43. provided that there is no chance of concurrently running two or more 
  44. distinct instances of the SOFTWARE simultaneously for the purposes of 
  45. evaluating the performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for a period of no 
  46. more than 30 days.  If after that time continued use of the SOFTWARE 
  47. PRODUCT is desired then the SOFTWARE PRODUCT must be registered with 
  48. Alt-N Technologies subject to the terms as laid out in the registration
  49. information which can be found in the documentation accompanying the 
  50. SOFTWARE PRODUCT.  If you are an entity Alt-N Technologies grants you 
  51. the right to appoint an individual within your organization to use and 
  52. administer the SOFTWARE subject to the same restrictions enforced on 
  53. individual users.
  54.  
  55. COPYRIGHT
  56.  
  57. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by 
  58. Alt-N Technologies, its suppliers, or component vendors.  The SOFTWARE 
  59. PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty 
  60. provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any 
  61. other copyrighted material except that you may either (a) make one copy 
  62. of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) 
  63. install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer provided you keep the 
  64. original solely for backup or archival purposes.  You may not copy the 
  65. printed materials accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
  66.  
  67. THIRD PARTY COMPONENT LICENSING TERMS
  68.  
  69. Third party utilities, application programs, and/or components designed 
  70. to integrate with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are subject to the license terms
  71. governing those products.
  72.  
  73. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE
  74. PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly
  75. permitted by applicable law, notwithstanding this limitation.
  76.  
  77. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
  78.  
  79. NO WARRANTIES. THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT 
  80. WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE 
  81. LAW, ALT-N TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR 
  82. IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF  
  83. MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY WARRANTY 
  84. AGAINST INFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.  THIS 
  85. LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS.  YOU MAY HAVE OTHERS 
  86. WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
  87.  
  88. CUSTOMER REMEDIES
  89.  
  90. ALT-N TECHNOLOGIES ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY SHALL 
  91. NOT EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.  NO LIABILITY FOR 
  92. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE 
  93. LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ALT-N TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES 
  94. WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF 
  95. BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, 
  96. OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO 
  97. USE THIS SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF ALT-N TECHNOLOGIES HAS BEEN ADVISED 
  98. OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.  BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW 
  99. THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR 
  100. INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
