  1. To compile you need:
  2. 1) the message library,
  3. 2) the supplemental library v2.2
  4.  
  5. Target compilers: Borland C v3.1+; Micro-C v3.13
  6.  
  7. Modify the path settings in COMPILE.BAT, then run COMPILE.BAT. (requires
  8. Micro-C)
  9.  
  10. To compile with Borland C and DMake:
  11. just set up the programming environment as described within the
  12. supplemental library, then run DMAKE.
