  1. You can create a new note by dragging a selected text fragment from Microsoft Word, or any other application that supports drag and drop, onto the notes list.
  2. You can import notes or email messages directly from Microsoft Outlook personal folders. Choose File / Import menu item.
  3. You can export notes directly to Microsoft Outlook personal folders. Choose the File / Export menu item.
  4. You can sort notes by more than one field. Use the Options / Sort dialog box to create multiple sort orders.
  5. All registered users of HPC Notes are eligible for free technical support via email. Send your technical questions to support@phatware.com.
  6. You can use the quick search edit box in the toolbar to find a note by typing in the first letter(s) of the desired text in the current sort field.
  7. You can display notes of a certain type by clicking on the filter button in the toolbar.
