  3. WindowBlinds is a new type of utility for customizing
  4. the look and feel of Windows. Customize elements of
  5. the titlebars, buttons, etc. of Windows with
  6. skins to make Windows look and work the way you want.

  8. WindowBlinds is distributed as a self-extracting
  9. setup routine which will install to a directory of
  10. your choice.

  12. Shareware: $19.95 to register

  14. WindowBlinds may be uploaded to other sites, but please
  15. contact wblinds@stardock.com prior to distribution on
  16. non-Simtel CD distributions.
