  4. the look and feel of Windows. Change aspects of
  5. the titlebars, buttons, etc. of Windows with
  6. personalities/skins to make Windows look and work
  7. the way you want it to.

  9. WindowBlinds is distributed as a self-extracting
  10. setup routine which will install to a directory of
  11. your choice.
